# Солнечная комната в субаренду рядом с Германнштрассе

🎈 URGENT sublet in Berlin 🎈
🗓 October 21 – November 20 (flexible)

I am looking for someone to sublet my sunny, cozy room, preferably a FLINTA person.

The room overlooks the Teltow Canal and is very peaceful, with lots of trees nearby.

📍 10 minutes by bike from Hermannstraße S-Bahn station
🏡 Three-room flat
🛋 Extra living room and balcony
🛁 Bathroom available

💶 €555 total, equal to the rent I pay

You would be sharing with Jaynie, my respectful and lovely flatmate.

I am looking urgently, so please get in touch quickly if interested.

DM me if interested.
