# Комната для временного соседа в Фридрихсхайне

Hello!
We are a WG of three people (now 2) looking for a TEMPORARY FLATMATE from 15 October to 31 January. The room to be subletted is 25 m², and the rent is €600 per month.
The flat:
A spacious 3-room Altbau apartment on the ground floor, right in the heart of Friedrichshain. Tram, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all within easy reach. The room faces the backyard and has direct access to a terrace — perfect for a coffee or a cigarette without actually leaving home.
The people:
We are Arne and Udayan, two men in their 40s. One is a fake German, the other a fake Indian.
Arne is a failed philosopher turned natural wine importer. He speaks Italian, drinks Italian wine, and will explain why Italian natural wine is the best in the world.
Udayan is a failed mechanical engineer who now works part-time, plays table tennis, occasionally plays his guitars and drums, and prepares meals that make the entire building smell like a spice market. He also enjoys hiking, despite seemingly having a yearly appointment with a broken leg.
The WG vibe:
We're easygoing, reasonably clean, and don't believe in unnecessary WG meetings. We share chores and sometimes food, and generally trust people to behave like adults. Cooking is encouraged; accidentally setting off the smoke alarm is practically a shared hobby. Smoking in the kitchen is allowed — whether it's tobacco or the occasional burnt dinner. No pets, unfortunately. Start your message with “A song” so we know you've actually read this far.
Who we're looking for:
Someone friendly, open-minded, interesting, and able to pay the rent (we're not rich, either). Socially and politically aware is a plus, but not necessary - some antifascist soul is enough.
If this sounds like a place you could call home for a few months, send us a message telling us a little about yourself, your hobbies, your vices, and your Berlin story.
Looking forward to meeting you!
