Who wants to live in the heart of Berlin, with a panoramic view?
I'm sublenting out apartment, preferably to 1-2 IT professionals/entrepreneurs, no children or pets.
The apartment is on the top 9th floor, bedroom + living room + shower + terrace with a panoramic view.
The building has 2 elevators, 2 bike racks, U6/U2 Stadtmitte is 30 meters from the entrance, and 50 meters from REWE, DM, restaurants, cafes, and salons.... the neighbors are mostly bankers and lawyers... all the charms of downtown.
Until mid-May 2027, but 90% of the time that can be extended. The landlord usually doesn't provide registration during the renting period, but I think I can persuade him to do so for one person from next year if it's critical.  Price: €1,500, ALL INCLUSIVE (water, electricity, internet, heating (within reasonable limits, not for heating the street)). No wardrobe or tenant competitions. Public social media profiles and a deposit (cash or USDT required).
Or two non-smoking working girls, per room.
