# Cozy Apartment Sublet in Prenzlauer Berg

Hey everyone,

I’m subletting my place on Stargarder Str. from December 5th to February 5th (with a good chance I can extend it until March 14th). Rent is €980 a month with everything included, and the deposit is €600. No Anmeldung possible

It’s a super cozy, quiet apartment with a comfy wooden bed, lots of plants, and a full kitchen. Fast WiFi is already set up if you need to work from home, and the neighbors are really chill.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg. Supermarkets, cafes, and the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and trams are all just a quick walk away.

Shoot me a message if you want to come by and take a look!
